Awesome job! The main six look great, their facial expressions and body poses really show their personalities. Twilight looks excited, RainbowDash looks very proud, Rarity's showing off, FlutterShy has that far off look in her eyes and both AppleJack and Pinkie look like very happy ponies

The background is also really great and looks like you worked very hard on it. I love the way you made the words 'My Little Pony', 'Friendship Is Magic', and 'Elements of Harmony' are coloured to give the affect of a rainbow background.
In conclusion this is very well designed wallpaper and I love it.
